According to the publication, the five governors, a shift of which spoke the greatest number of citizens, included Alexei Orlov (Kalmykia, dismissed March 20, 2019), Dmitry Ovsyannikov (Sevastopol), Igor Orlov (Arkhangelsk oblast), Sergey Gaplikov (Komi), Yunus-Bek Yevkurov (Ingushetia).
Also, studies have shown a high request for change of the governors of the Ulyanovsk region and the Jewish Autonomous region. In addition, the low rating was the heads of the Altai Republic, Orenburg region and Chelyabinsk region — the leaders of these regions was dismissed in March.
Among the governors, a shift which expressed the lowest number of citizens, included Sergei Sobyanin (Moscow), Alexei Dyumin (Tula oblast), Alexander Tsybulsky (Nenets Autonomous Okrug), Alexander moor (Tyumen oblast), Sergey Furgal (Khabarovsk Krai). Also in this list Maxim Reshetnikov (Perm region), Dmitry Artyukhov (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), Alexander Burke (Omsk region), Ramzan Kadyrov (Chechnya), Stanislav Voskresensky (Ivanovo region).
